Shipping policy

Orders Will Be Processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

1) Orders received prior to 12:00pm (noon) EST will be processed that business day. 

2) Orders received after 12:00pm (noon) EST will be processed the following business day.

(a) Unless expressly agreed in writing to the contrary, the terms of delivery shall be F.O.B. Seller’s place of business provided that Seller may also deliver from its third party suppliers. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within a reasonable time after acceptance of order from Purchaser.
(b) Purchaser assumes all risk of loss, damage and/or destruction of the Products upon shipment.
